Refund/ Retum Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Studio Hanna purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help.

Return Window
You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns require a return authorization — please contact us at studiohanna@outlook.com to initiate the process.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In unworn, like-new condition

  • In their original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase

Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges
For exchanges of the same item in a different size or color, please contact us first to check availability. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the fastest service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studiohanna@outlook.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

International Returns
Customers outside Hong Kong are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original currency and may be subject to currency conversion adjustments.
