Shipping & Handling

We carefully prepare and ship each Studio Hanna order with care. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided below. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed, as transit may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping (6–12 business days): Tracked and insured service to most destinations.

  • Express Shipping (3–7 business days): Priority tracked shipping with signature confirmation available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website or through our newsletter.

International Orders
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country. These charges are not included in the order total and are paid directly to the carrier or local authorities upon delivery. Studio Hanna is not responsible for these additional fees, and we cannot estimate them as they vary by country.

Order Tracking
If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at studiohanna@outlook.com and we will resend it to you.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While most orders arrive on time, occasionally delays may occur. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. We will work with the carrier to locate your order and assist you accordingly.
